Frequently Asked Questions
- 01No, we are happy to provide you with documentation (a Superbill) to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We encourage you to reach out to your insurance company to inquire about reimbursement.
- 02Yes- 15 minutes. Later than this does not allow for a full therapeutic session. Please try to reach out by phone or email if you are running late to help coordinate with the therapist.
- 03I offer sessions both in person and virtually. I am licensed in the state of Texas, so I am able to provide services to anyone in the state of Texas.

- 06Yes, if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you will not be charged. However, if you cancel in under 24 hours, you will be charged the full session rate.
- 07We generally recommend starting out with weekly therapy at first to get a better understanding of you, your life, life and your presenting concerns. Once you feel that you are on your way to better thinking patterns, and are meeting your goals for therapy, bi-weekly or monthly appointments may feel more appropriate. Cost and time are relevant factors, so we can always discuss what feels right.
